But let me tell you more!  Here’s where it all started:  I started teaching in England

almost 20 years ago. Since then, my career took me to 5 different countries.

It’s been fascinating to see the value of all the different school systems

but at the same time, I’ve seen the very same issues with kids everywhere.

However, with all this traveling, I’ve managed to take the best strategies

from each system and use them in the best possible way.

In my classroom, I create a true Success Culture.

Kids come into my lessons knowing that they are going for nothing less than excellence.

YOU can create your own Success Culture at home.

If it works for a class of 25 or 30, do you think it can work for 1,2, 3 or even 8 kids?

I KNOW so!

I am giving away almost 20 years of observations and knowledge for you.

Just because I want ALL kids to get the most out of school!

Just have a wild guess...  Not $100, not $50,  not even $20 or $10!!

This amazing e-Book is yours for 1 Dollar only!

Yes, that's what I said!

Everywhere I’ve been, kids have the same issues:  They have no organization skills,

their bags are a mess, they drag to do their homework,  they always blame someone

else when they get in trouble or when they get a bad grade, they have no motivation…

Does that ring a bell?

Well, let me tell you something:  These problems are everywhere.

It is not just your kids!

And you can’t blame the school systems because I’ve seen those problems in every

single different country and educational system I’ve worked in.

It’s just that kids will be kids and with new rules and boundaries in our society,

the deal is not the same anymore.

Everybody, and particularly kids, want instant gratification.  They want everything

here and now, easy-peasy (lemon-squeezy), give it to me now

and don’t make me work for anything!

If they are not interested, if they don’t see and experience the benefits

of doing things a certain way, they just give up.

And then they blame their poor results on the teachers, on their friends, on YOU.

They tell you school is boring and they don’t care.

They waste their potential and you are hitting your head against the wall!

I know you need things to change NOW.  In fact you needed them to change last week!

So, I made this book a quick fix.

Better At School is simple, easy, clear and PRACTICAL.

It gives you simple advice that you can start implementing at home NOW.

And YES!  You WILL have responsible kids and
create your own Success Culture at home!

In fact, have a look at what people say about it:

I just LOVED your book Florence and have made two significant changes, from your suggestions,
which have proved very powerful for our family.
- J. Corpe, New Zealand.

Better At School is a mindful book with good information anyone can digest. The voice used is conversational, so it draws the reader in as if the author is speaking directly. If you are a parent (or child) willing to look at yourself, the book is worth the read. – D. Gold, Florida.

Ms. Bernard has written ïn a "straight-talking" down to earth style that makes easy reading. I recommend this book as a gift to parents of young kids so they can get an early start. – M. Wells, Florida.

Ms. Bernard's book is straight forward and simple to follow from her years of teaching experience in a wide variety of school scenarios. This same advice has helped in my children's school scenarios. This book is a quick read with simple remedies that will help all children do better at school. I think quick advice is exactly what we need to get started right away (no procrastination)on helping out our children secure a brighter future in school. – V. Cobb, California.

What I liked about this book was the simplicity and how easy it was to follow and apply the methods. I am looking forward to the next one!!! Thank you. (J.M. Rosario, Florida)

To Excellence for all!

Florence Bernard

"Ms. Bernard was that unique type of teacher who was in touch with her students and kept parents informed on a regular basis of our children’s successes as well as their shortcomings.  For many years, Ms. Bernard was the only teacher at St. Ignatius who provided parents regular feed-back on tests and assignments through the internet.  Because she was also in touch with her students on a personal level, she was able to detect when something was amiss with one of her students and if she considered it sufficiently serious, would contact one of us to share her concerns.

Ms. Bernard saw the potential in her students and provided them with the encouragement and support they required to meet the challenges she placed before them.  She was instrumental in providing support, tutorship and encouragement to allow one of our daughters, at the young age of 14, to be examined in the IGCSE (Spanish) and score an A*.  She also provided support and liaison between a Private French Tutor and St. Ignatius School to facilitate one of our daughters to be examined in the IGCSE (French) and score an ‘A’ at age 13.

Ms. Bernard impressed upon her students and on us as parents the value of broad and well-rounded education; one that extends well beyond the classrooms and, indeed, beyond the shores of our Islands.  It was as a result of Ms. Bernard’s encouragement that one of our daughters travelled to Scotland to attend summer school at Gordonstoun.  This experience has contributed significantly to our daughter’s growth and appreciation of world cultures. Ms. Bernard truly understands the concept of ‘education’ and its value in today’s society."
